While we do accept rent payment offline, we encourage all of our tenants to pay rent online. See the various methods, benefits and policies related to paying rent online or offline.

Pay Rent Online:

This service is free of charge to you as a tenant and therefore preferred. The service is very easy to set up from your tenant portal and allows you to pay your rent as well as any other amounts due under your lease. You can set up the service to be automatic so that you can avoid late fees and never need to worry about your rent being paid on time.

Pay Rent Online:

Pay on time with your credit or debit card at your convenience. Payment must be made by midnight on the 3rd of the month to avoid late fees. Keep in mind that when you pay by credit or debit card, the service provider may charge an extra fee to use the service.

Pay Rent Online:

For first month’s rent and security deposit payments we only accept certified funds in the form of a money order, cashiers check, or certified check. The first month’s rent and security deposit must be paid before you can move in. Due to the risk of a returned check because of insufficient funds, personal checks are no longer permitted.

If you prefer to make payments by mail, your payment needs to be post marked on or before the 3rd of the month. Lease payments can be mailed to our mail address at
